When you want to build a distillery in Sweden there are a lot of permits you need. One of them is the ´Permit to start construction'. After you got the permit to build you need to apply for a permit to be able to start. Before this you need to have a fireprotection description meaning that you need to describe what fire hazards you have and how you will manage them. This is now sorted and on monday we will start the real construction. In a few weeks we will post some pictures.
